  • Gluten free
  • Dairy free
  • Vegan/Vegetarian


  • 1/4 cup coconut MCT oil or extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1-2 cloves minced garlic (optional)


  • Measure all ingredients into a glass jar and shake.
  • Drizzle on your favourite salad mix or steamed/roasted veggies.
  • Store left over dressing in the fridge.
