Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut MCT oil or extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic or apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1-2 cloves minced garlic (optional)
Directions:
- Measure all ingredients into a glass jar and shake.
- Drizzle on your favourite salad mix or steamed/roasted veggies.
- Store left over dressing in the fridge.
