Brew to ward off the flu!
Make your own easy to prepare DYI immune booster infusion with a few simple herbs from the apothecary. I love to take a trip to our downtown bulk herb store to get what I need. The last time we were in the herb store I commented to my husband that it is a good thing I can’t see as I would have discovered all the medicinal plants I didn’t even know I wanted! I only allow myself to go in with a specific list but my inventory keeps expanding!
This combination brings roots, berries and bark together to ease inflammation, provide a punch of Vitamin C and anti-oxidants and utilizes the magic of medicinal plant properties. A strong brew can help support the immune system through the cold and flu season, speeding up recovery and easing symptoms.
