Registered Massage Therapy
Registered with the College of Massage Therapist’s of BC in 1999, I provide professional, quality and patient centred manual therapy in the Oaklands/Fernwood area of Victoria, BC. With nearly 3 decades of experience, I have assisted many people through their physical journey’s from MVA’s, repetitive strain and chronic pain conditions, acute injuries, pregnancy, palliative care and everything in between. I work with infants to elders and all walks of life. I employ a variety of modalities including:
- Specific and deep tissue work.
- Trigger point therapy.
- Adhesion and scar tissue realignment.
- Frictioning and stripping techniques.
- Fascial techniques.
- Guided breathing for tension release.
- Home care stretching exercises through a therapeutic yoga model.
- Self-care suggestions.
- Complimentary scented oils.
I tend towards a deeper and more specific treatment style but every session is customized to meet the holistic and individual needs of each person. We work together to reach the best results for you.
Treatment Fees for Registered Massage Therapy
All treatment fees are recommended and in accordance with The Massage Therapy Association of BC. Fees include GST.
- 30 minutes: $65
- 45 minutes: $95
- 60 minutes: $125
- 75 minutes: $155
- 90 minutes: $185
- 120 minutes: $250
*I do not direct bill for benefits, ICBC, Work-safe or BC health. A receipt will be issued for you to submit directly to your benefit provider.
*Payment can be made through e-transfer, cash or cheque, I do not accept credit cards.

Besides being effective in the treatment and management of many soft tissue conditions,
