Have you ever been excited about a new endeavour or set out to create goals for yourself only to have those pesky little thoughts rattling around in your head trying to steer you off course? You know…those hungry little gremlins that you should never feed after midnight? The ones that whisper that you don’t have what it takes? Trying something new can feel BIG and SCARY! I won’t hesitate to share with you that developing my blog has been no different! That is the thing about new experiences, they are uncertain, unknown, uncomfortable and sometimes down right terrifying!
Yet, if we do not find the courage to lean out of that comfort zone we will never know the full spectrum of possibilities. Some of the greatest rewards come from taking a chance, embracing the risk and doing it anyway.
So let’s do this!
What I want is to connect with you. I want to encourage you to step out of your comfort zone, take chances, try new things, break free of habits that are no longer serving you and step into living a joyful and fulfilling life! I wish for you to believe anything is possible and I hope to inspire you along your path to a happy and healthy you!
