Cares-a-way with this easy sauté!
This week on the Wellness Warrior Blog I highlighted cabbage in my food facts collection. Cabbage is such an easy and versatile, along with affordable super food to add to your meal planning. Part of the cruciferous family, a highly regarded group of super food vegetables, cabbage is high in fiber, anti-oxidants and vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin C, K and folate. This super quick and easy side dish pairs well with mains such as chicken and pork, tofu steaks or could even be added to tacos. Got left overs? Throw it in your next stir-fry or soup!
